Questions
The things worth knowing before you pick
- What counts towards the subcontractor limit?
- Any subcontractor on your register who has not been archived — whether they are currently cleared or blocked. Someone who is blocked is still a live compliance subject you are managing, so they still occupy a place. Archiving frees one up.
- What happens if I reach the limit?
- Adding another is refused with a message naming the limit, and you can either archive someone who is no longer working with you or move up a tier. Nothing you have already collected is affected.
- What is a seat?
- A person at your business with their own sign-in — an admin, a compliance manager, a supervisor who needs to check status. Your subcontractors are not seats; they never create an account.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. A payment method is required to set up an organisation, and you can cancel at any time. We would rather be clear about that than run a trial that quietly converts.
- How does Enterprise pricing work?
- It is worked out around your operation rather than published, because organisations at that size differ too much for one figure to be honest. Get in touch, we agree a price with you, and then set you up on it.
- What about GST?
- The prices above exclude GST. Whether GST is added to your invoice depends on SubSure’s tax status at the time you subscribe, and your invoice will show it either way.
